The basic cuvee of 2007 Hermitage blanc (7% Roussanne is added to the Marsanne) is a full-bodied, powerful effort displaying good acidity as well as notes of quince, licorice, white currants, powdered rocks, and a hint of flowers. It should evolve for 10-15 years.
